A DRIP.
A LEAK.
LET’S SORT IT.

The tap you keep meaning to fix.
The shower that’s gone cold.
Let’s start with what’s happening.

Request a callback

Demo only · no real calls or bookings

Simulated phone enquiry

Start with what’s happening.

This is a written example. No phone call is made, no microphone is used and nothing is sent.

  1. Business

Field Plumbing. What can we help with?

  2. Alex · sample caller

Hi, I’m Alex in Marrickville. My kitchen tap keeps dripping. Could someone take a look next week?

  3. Business

The next step would be a callback to discuss the tap, access and availability. A request doesn’t confirm a visit or a price.

01 / What we can help with

Not everything
can wait until
next weekend.

Choose the closest match. You don’t need to know the name of the part — just tell us what it’s doing.

REPAIRS / 01

That drip isn’t fixing itself.

A tap that won’t stop, a loose fitting or water where it shouldn’t be. Share what you’ve noticed and where it’s happening.

  • Which room or fitting?
  • When did you first notice it?
  • Is the issue constant or occasional?

The callback confirms what happens next. The form does not diagnose the problem.

Separate scope
Parts, other damaged fittings and additional repair work need approval after assessment.
What affects the quote
Fault assessment, replacement parts, labour and access.

02 / How it should work

YOU TELL US.
WE TALK IT
THROUGH.

  1. 01

    Tell us what’s going on.

The problem, the property and a number to reach you on. A useful first conversation starts there.

  2. 02

    Agree on the next step.

Discuss the work, access and the quote before a visit is arranged.

  3. 03

    Know where things stand.

A callback request is a conversation starter. An appointment is only booked once it’s confirmed.

BEFORE ANY WORK STARTS

Know the job. Know the cost.

A callback should get you closer to a decision. Here’s what needs agreeing before someone arrives or work begins.

Call-out & assessment

Ask whether a call-out or inspection fee applies, what it covers and whether it counts towards the work. A description alone may not be enough to quote.

Labour, parts & access

Agree the repair scope, labour basis and parts allowance. Property access, building rules and any work outside the original scope can affect the total.

Approval before proceeding

Confirm the price, taxes, exclusions and appointment with the authorised person. If more work is needed, agree the change first. This concept does not quote or dispatch a plumber.

Build a callback brief

Before you enquire

A few things worth clearing up.

Can you give me a price from this form?

The form builds a brief, not a diagnosis or a binding price. A real plumber may need a conversation or site assessment. Ask about any assessment fee before agreeing to a visit.

I’m renting. Can I request work?

You can describe the problem, but the owner or property manager may need to approve access, work and charges. The sample request records that approval still needs checking.

Should I inspect the hot-water system first?

No. Share only what you already know or have noticed in normal use. There is no need to open equipment, touch pipework or perform troubleshooting to use this form.

Does a preferred time reserve an appointment?

No. It tells the business when you would prefer to be contacted or have the work discussed. Availability, scope and a visit must be confirmed separately.

What if the problem is urgent?

This fictional business does not monitor requests or offer emergency help. The urgent option stops the sample callback flow and directs you to seek a real provider. No one is dispatched.
