  1. Business

Hello, Sunday Clean. What kind of clean are you looking for?

  2. Alex · sample caller

Hi, I’m Alex in Newtown. I’m looking for a regular clean for a two-bedroom home.

  3. Business

Let’s start with the service and suburb. The next step would be to confirm the rooms, timing and quote with you.

A clean for the way you live

Life’s messy.
We get it.

Some weeks, you just need the basics done. Other times, the place needs a proper reset. Pick a starting point.

Weekly or fortnightly

A home that stays on top of things.

For the kitchen, bathrooms and floors that never stay clean for long. Keep the everyday jobs from taking over your weekend.

  • Kitchen surfaces & splashbacks
  • Bathrooms & mirrors
  • Vacuuming, mopping & dusting

The rooms, priorities and frequency are agreed in your quote.

Separate scope
Ovens, fridge interiors and interior windows are optional extras. Specialist cleaning is outside this sample scope.
What affects the quote
Rooms, bathroom count, frequency, condition and agreed extras.

THE PRACTICAL BITS

Know what’s on the list.

A two-bedroom flat and a busy family home need different plans. Start with the rooms, then agree the priorities and the extras.

Rooms first. Then priorities.

Bedrooms and bathrooms give the starting point. Kitchen build-up, pets and the condition of the home help define the time needed. A first clean may need a different scope from a regular visit.

Agree the extras.

Inside ovens and fridges, interior windows and other detailed jobs need their own allowance. Carpet cleaning, mould treatment, high access and specialist work are outside this example.

A quote before a booking.

The next step is a written scope: rooms, tasks, extras, price and any separate charges. Timing and access are agreed before a booking is confirmed. This concept does not calculate a price.

Build your cleaning brief

Before you enquire

The things you’d ask on the phone.

Do I need to provide cleaning products?

The quote should state who brings the products and equipment. Tell the cleaner about delicate surfaces, sensitivities or products you prefer. Supply arrangements are not confirmed by this demo.

Can I be out, and what about keys?

Yes, access can be discussed as part of the request. A real service would agree a secure handover privately. Never put keysafe codes, alarm codes or a full address into this demonstration.

What if I have pets?

Include pets in the brief so the cleaner can discuss access and a safe, separate space. Do not assume pet care or pet-waste removal is part of a home clean.

Does an end-of-lease clean guarantee my bond?

No. The property checklist, condition and agreed tasks define the clean. Carpet treatment and other specialist work need separate scoping; a bond outcome cannot be promised.

Can I change the date or cancel?

A real quote should explain notice periods, cancellation fees, lock-out charges and how to reschedule before you accept it. No date, payment or cancellation charge is created by this demo.
