Getting started
Who we work with, and what happens first.
Is Tryl a good fit for my business?
Tryl is for Sydney service businesses, with fencing and gates as our first focused campaign. SmartWebsite combines a custom site, useful enquiry forms, owner notifications and monthly care.
If you run another service business, tell us what you need. We’ll check the fit before suggesting a project.
Who will I actually work with?
You’ll work directly with Sagar Chhetri, Tryl’s founder, from the first conversation through the build and handover. Tryl is an independent studio, so there is one person looking after your project.
Meet SagarCan I get a website without an AI receptionist?
Yes. SmartWebsite and standalone website builds are available without voice. The AI receptionist remains an optional, separately scoped pilot.
What should I have ready before getting in touch?
Your business name, services, service area and a rough idea of what you want to improve are enough for a first conversation. Share your current website if you have one. You don’t need a finished brief.
Before a website build starts, we’ll ask for your contact details, logo, page content and photographs you have permission to use. For a receptionist, we’ll also need your approved answers and call-handling preferences.
What happens after I send an enquiry?
Sagar reviews enquiries on business days and replies to the email address you provide with questions or a suggested next step. If a conversation would help, we arrange one together. If the scope fits, you receive a written proposal covering price, timing and responsibilities. The form does not book a call.
Submitting the form does not commit you to buying anything or subscribe you to marketing emails.
Discuss your projectYour website
The pages, the content and the work behind them.
What is included in the starter website?
Three custom-designed pages. Mobile layout and quote enquiry form. Basic search metadata. Your supplied content, one revision round. A typical three-page site has Home, Services and Contact; we agree the exact pages in your proposal.
Domain and hosting priced separately. Extra pages, copywriting and integrations are separately scoped.
Explore website designDo you write the copy and supply the photos?
The starter price uses words, a logo and images you supply. We organise that material into the agreed pages. Original copywriting, photography and a new brand identity need a separate scope.
If you’re missing something, tell us before we quote. Only genuine reviews, qualifications and business information should appear on your site.
Can you improve my existing website?
We can review it first. The right approach may be a small update or a rebuild, depending on its platform, access and condition. We’ll explain what can be kept and quote the work before making changes.
How long does a website take?
We agree a delivery schedule once the pages, features and available content are clear. It covers design review, the build, your revision round and launch checks.
There isn’t a fixed turnaround for every project. Missing content, additional requests or account setup can change the schedule, so let us know if you have a particular launch date.
Will it work on phones and show up on Google?
The starter includes a mobile layout and basic SEO: descriptive titles and descriptions, useful headings, crawlable pages and a sitemap. We test the contact journey and layouts at mobile and desktop sizes.
Those are the foundations for search visibility. They do not guarantee indexing, a particular ranking or a number of enquiries. Ongoing SEO, advertising and additional location or service pages are separate work.
Where will enquiries from my website go?
For SmartWebsite, we agree the form fields, an on-screen confirmation and an email notification to your nominated inbox. We test delivery with you before launch. We also prepare follow-up wording for your team to send. Automated email sequences, sales pipelines and custom software integrations are not included in the starting offer.
Tryl’s own project form sends enquiries to HubSpot and notifies the owner by email. That setup shows one possible approach; it is not automatically included with every client website.
Can you add bookings, payments or more pages?
Tell us what you need and we’ll assess it. Extra pages, online booking, payments, a shop, customer accounts and custom integrations are outside the three-page starter. We agree the extra work and any platform fees before adding them.
Pricing & scope
What’s included, what’s separate and what you agree to.
What do the introductory packages cost?
SmartWebsite is A$1,490 setup plus A$349 per month. The starter website is A$1,490 once. Optional website care is A$79 per month. The AI receptionist pilot is A$590 setup plus A$249 per month.
Indicative prices in AUD. No GST is charged. Business registration is pending; scope and final pricing are confirmed in a written proposal before any work starts.
See the full pricing and inclusionsAre hosting and the domain included?
Hosting is included with SmartWebsite. For the standalone website and optional care, hosting is separately itemised. Domains are separate for every package. The proposal confirms providers, account access and ongoing responsibilities.
For an AI receptionist, phone routing and any other required provider costs are confirmed before activation.
Do I need the monthly care plan?
SmartWebsite already includes checks and small edits. For a standalone website, care is optional and costs A$79 per month. It includes monthly website checks and 15 minutes of small edits, such as a short text change or an updated contact detail.
Hosting is separate. Unused edit time does not roll over. Redesigns and additional development are quoted separately.
What does one revision round mean?
You review the agreed pages and send one consolidated list of changes. We make those changes within the original scope. For example, adjusting supplied text or refining a layout is different from adding a new service page or feature.
If a request changes the scope, we explain the additional cost and timing before doing that work.
When do I pay, and is there a minimum term?
Payment milestones, any deposit, ongoing service terms and cancellation arrangements are set out in your written proposal before work starts. There is no checkout or automatic payment attached to the enquiry form.
If your plans change, contact Sagar. Any work completed, provider commitments and handover steps are handled under the terms you agreed to.
What happens if I use more AI call minutes?
The pilot includes 150 AI minutes and 30 Australian transfer minutes per month. The listed additional usage rates are A$0.75 per AI minute and A$0.30 per transfer minute.
We confirm final rates, how usage is measured, reporting and spending limits in the pilot terms before activation. Don’t assume that reaching the included allowance automatically stops all calls.
AI receptionist
A useful first response, with clear limits.
What can the receptionist do for my business?
The pilot answers inbound calls using information you approve, asks relevant questions and captures enquiry details. It can provide an email summary and transfer a call to one nominated destination under agreed handover rules.
We first define the services, areas, questions and exceptions it should handle, then test that setup before routing real callers to it.
Explore the receptionist pilotCan I keep my current business number?
We review your existing phone provider and forwarding options. Keeping your number may be possible through call routing, but availability and charges depend on that service. Nothing is changed until the routing and costs are agreed.
Can it answer when I’m busy or after hours?
That is a routing option we can assess during setup. You decide when calls should reach the receptionist and what should happen when a person is needed. Coverage depends on the agreed phone setup and provider availability; it is not an unconditional uptime guarantee.
Will callers know they’re speaking to AI?
Yes. The greeting identifies the receptionist as an AI assistant. You review the greeting, tone, approved answers and any recording notice before the pilot starts.
Can it book a job or give a binding quote?
The introductory pilot captures requests and preferred times. It does not confirm appointments, set binding prices, dispatch someone or diagnose a hazard. Your team decides what happens next.
Booking software and job-management integrations need separate scoping, permissions and testing. This service is not an emergency response line.
What happens after a customer’s call?
For an agreed business pilot, the captured enquiry is summarised and emailed to your nominated recipient. Your team reviews it and follows up. We test the delivery destination and failure handling before activation.
A CRM connection, such as adding records to HubSpot, is separate integration work. Our public browser demo only shows its result on the page; it does not email a business owner or create a sales enquiry.
What if the AI misunderstands someone or a transfer fails?
We configure it to ask for clarification and stay within the information you approve. AI can still make mistakes, so important details should be checked against the conversation before you act on them.
If a transfer cannot connect, the agreed flow can offer to capture a callback request. Phone-provider outages need a separate routing fallback, such as your existing number or voicemail. We agree and test those arrangements during setup.
Trying the demos
What’s real, what’s an example and what happens to the data.
Are these concept businesses real clients?
No. They are fictional concept businesses created to demonstrate our design and enquiry approach. Their website forms use sample details and simulate a result in your browser. Nothing is sent to a cleaning, plumbing, electrical or landscaping business.
Explore the concept websitesWhat’s the difference between listening and starting a call?
The playable examples are scripted conversations with synthetic voices. Their silent flow animation explains what a setup could do. Listening does not access your microphone, start a live call or send an enquiry.
When available, the live browser demo uses your microphone to talk to a real AI agent. Its transcript and summary come from what you actually say. The two experiences are labelled separately.
Listen to a receptionist exampleDoes the demo cost anything, and why is it limited?
There is no charge to you for trying it. Tryl pays the provider costs. Live calls are limited to two minutes, with two starts per browser session in a rolling 24 hours and additional network, capacity and spending limits.
Those controls keep the demo available within a small budget. If live calling is unavailable or a limit is reached, you can still listen to the scripted examples or send a project enquiry.
What details should I use in a live demo?
Use the fictional scenario shown on the page. You can use Alex, alex@example.com and no phone number. Don’t share sensitive information or someone else’s real contact details.
The AI should capture only what you say. Missing details appear as “Not provided”; the demo does not book a service, email anyone or create a CRM enquiry.
Is my demo call recorded or stored?
Retell processes live audio to run the conversation and prepare the result. Temporary recordings may exist at the provider; Tryl does not download public-demo recordings.
Tryl stores the transcript and summary for your browser session for 24 hours. Access then expires, and the content is deleted in the next scheduled cleanup. Minimal usage and security records are kept longer, as explained in the privacy notice. A later project enquiry does not automatically include your demo conversation.

Who owns the website and accounts?
Your proposal sets out website ownership, domain and hosting access, third-party licences and handover arrangements. Before work starts, we agree cancellation notice, data export and whether hosting continues or moves elsewhere when the service ends.
At handover, we provide the agreed access, account information and editing guidance so you know where everything lives and who manages it.
Can I update the website myself?
The editing method depends on the agreed build. A custom-coded starter does not automatically include a visual editor or CMS. If you need to change services, photos or prices regularly yourself, tell us before we quote so we can scope the right editing setup.
SmartWebsite includes 15 minutes of small edits monthly. Standalone clients can choose optional care or separately quoted changes.
How do I get help after launch?
Contact Sagar with the affected page, what you expected and what happened. A screenshot can help. Your proposal explains the handover, ongoing responsibilities and any support arrangement you choose.
SmartWebsite includes hosting, monthly website and form checks, 15 minutes of small edits and a written summary of website enquiries and work completed. Standalone care covers its stated checks and edit allowance, with hosting separate. Neither includes unlimited development or 24-hour support; larger changes are quoted first.
What happens to the information I send Tryl?
Your project enquiry is used to understand your needs, respond and prepare a proposal. It goes to our HubSpot CRM, with an owner notification by email. Enquiry text and contact details are not sent as analytics events, and submitting the form does not subscribe you to marketing.
For information requests or corrections, contact Tryl through the enquiry page. The privacy notice explains the providers and retention arrangements.
