Your team sends customer replies and quote follow-ups. Automated email sequences, sales pipelines and custom integrations are not included. Domain, SMS, voice, ads and extra pages cost separately. Unused edit time does not roll over. Traffic and bookings are not guaranteed.

Indicative prices in AUD. No GST is charged. Business registration is pending; scope and final pricing are confirmed in a written proposal before any work starts. SmartWebsite includes hosting. Hosting is separate for the standalone website and optional care. Domains, SMS, voice, advertising, extra pages, original copywriting and custom integrations are separately scoped.

Your proposal answers the practical questions

Before work starts, your proposal sets out delivery dates, payment milestones, website ownership, account access and third-party costs. It also explains cancellation notice, data export and what happens to hosting if you leave. These terms are agreed for your project; submitting an enquiry makes no purchase.

Do I need the monthly care plan?

SmartWebsite already includes checks and 15 minutes of small edits monthly. For a standalone site, care is optional and hosting is separate. Unused edit time does not roll over.

Does SmartWebsite send follow-up emails for me?

The starting offer includes follow-up email wording and a simple process for your team. Your team sends replies and follows up on quotes. Automated sequences and a connected sales pipeline are not included; the fencing demo shows a simulated example.

What happens when AI minutes run out?

Usage above the included allowance is charged at the published overage rates, subject to the agreed pilot terms. We confirm usage reporting and limits before activation.

What does the monthly summary cover?

A written review of the website enquiries available through the agreed form, the checks and edits completed, and anything that needs your attention. It is prepared by Tryl, not a live reporting dashboard or a promise of bookings.
